The 60-story skyscraper’s 26 signature penthouses are made up of 18 large single-story residences and eight two-story duplex units, located in the circular upper core of the tower. They range in price between $3.5 and $11 million. The impressive layouts have between 3,500 and over 6,000 square feet, with four or five bedrooms per residence.

There are four duplex penthouses on the 54th, 55th and 57th floors, part of the tower’s four-level Skydeck. The striking design resembles an Italian super yacht, featuring a sky view lounge, sunrise pool, observatory, infinity pool, sundeck and Tai Chi deck.

The Penthouse Collection at PARAMOUNT has top-of-the-line luxuries. These include private elevator access to the units, chef kitchens within the units with 12-foot islands and luxurious appliances like full-size wine coolers and induction cooktops from premium brands Sub-Zero and Wolf.

The 10-foot ceilings in all of the living spaces provide natural light and views that are unequaled. Imagine waking up every day looking at Biscayne Bay, bustling downtown Miami, and the cruises arriving and departing from the Port of Miami. Then think of the sunsets to delight your eyes.
