The building, designed by Vancouver-based architect James K. M. Cheng in collaboration with Rob Iopa and WCIT Architecture, comprises 175 sophisticated residences. Of those residences, with interiors designed by Tony Ingrao, 10 are townhomes and 14 make up the Grand Penthouse Collection spanning the top five floors.

For $36 million, the top-floor penthouse on the 36th floor offers more than 10,000 square feet of space, with five bedrooms; a master bath with a deep soaking tub, dual sinks, and floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the ocean; and a guesthouse one floor below. An open-concept kitchen is designed for entertaining with top-of-the-line Miele appliances. The living area opens up to 1,300 square feet of private outdoor space with an infinity pool.
