Locals, visitors and architecture buffs have been patiently awaiting the unveiling of One Thousand Museum Residences, Zaha Hadid’s first and final residential tower in the Western Hemisphere.
Developers Louis Birdman, Gilberto Bomeny, Gregg Covin, Todd Glaser, and Kevin Venger have now proudly released the images following the highly anticipated completion.

One Thousand Museum's exoskeleton design adorns the downtown Miami landscape as flyers, commuters and cruise passengers near Miami. Previously referred to as one of the five "Impossible Builds" by PBS, One Thousand Museum was constructed by Plaza Construction.

The residences in the 62-story tower are available for immediate move-in. Units include half-floor plans starting at $5 million, and full-floor residences up to $25 million. Multiple turnkey residences designed by international houses like Artefacto, B&B Italia, Roche Bobois, Meridiani and Luxury Living Group are also available.
Each kitchen within the One Thousand Museum building's units is fully specced with a range of top-of-the-line appliances by Gaggenau including the 400 series oven, combi-steam oven, speed microwave oven, fully automatic coffee and espresso machines, full surface induction cooktop, and 200 series fully integrated dishwasher.
