BHS Miami President Phil Gutman, leader of multiple new developments for two decades, will oversee the operations. He joined BHS in 2017 to lead its expansion in South Florida.

“We’re pleased to be on board and launching sales of QUINT Collection with JQ Group,” says Gutman. “They have a proven successful sales history on projects in Miami and Doral and are ready to translate that to the Broward market with this project. We’re very confident the caliber of these homes powered with the sales and marketing reach of Brown Harris Stevens will be a winning combination.”
