At Morimoto Maui, highly-acclaimed celebrity chef Masaharu Morimoto, best known for Iron Chef and Iron Chef America, uses locally-sourced, season-fresh ingredients from Hawaii to create a distinct culinary style that blends Western and Japanese traditions. The delectable hand-rolled sushi and sashimi is deliciously fresh and authentic in presentation.

Unfortunately, we didn't remember to take a photo of the delicious sashimi and sushi before we thoroughly enjoyed devouring every last piece.
Where Northern Italy meets Southern France At the Top of Wailea. A stone entryway leads diners past the piano lounge and martini bar into two unique dining room settings. First the open lanai revealing 180 degree views of the surrounding ocean. Down below are tables set amongst pristine Japanese Gardens. Owner and Award Winning Chef Brian Etheredge passionately embraces traditional Italian ingredients and recipes. The wine list consists of globally sourced wines of exceptional quality.
