Bethenny Frankel, previously a Real Housewives of New York City star, listed and sold her loft in the SoHo area for just under $7 million. This is the second time the home was listed, with the first being in early April with little to no interest.
After leaving the show, Bethenny has become a serial home flipper. She lived in this loft from 2017 to 2021 before listing it. Considering she purchased it for $4.2 million in 2017 and is now selling for $7M, she's pretty good at it.
To get to the loft, you have to enter an elevator that is key-locked. That elevator takes you right into the foyer, and then the great room. The ceiling is 11 feet tall and there are huge windows to let in light.
The home is 4,000 square feet and includes 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 2 of the bedrooms were used as dressing rooms by the TV star, but can easily be converted back. The building comes with additional amenities like a video intercom system, a super, and a rooftop terrace.
This was the second loft that Frankel sold in SoHo, with the first being in 2020. This is expected to be the last home in the SoHo area that she works with.
