Richard Gere caused quite a stir on the North Haven, NY real estate market last year after he listed his beloved home, Strongheart Manor, for $65M. It seems someone has finally been talking him into a more reasonable price, though a reduction of only $9M doesn’t seem too substantial compared to the total number!
Strongheart was built back in 1902, but it has since been renovated and expanded to better fit a modern (and luxurious) lifestyle. The property offers two guesthouses, a tea house on a little island in the middle of the pond, 12 bedrooms, 12 baths, an outdoor fireplace area, 12,000 square feet of living space and over six acres of land.
The listing also boasts hardwood flooring, an outdoor pool, lush gardens and a three-car garage.
