Gronkowski will be able to enjoy city and Hudson River views from the high-floor condo when he's in town to play the Jets, Giants, or after spending a night out on the town. Teammate Tom Brady will likely be impressed with the pickup by Gronkowski: the condo was originally listed for $8,775,000 in September of 2019.

The corner unit, three-bedroom and 3.5-bath unit has over 2,600 square feet of living space, 10-foot-high ceilings, and an eat-in kitchen with marble counters and Gaggenau appliances. His master suite includes two walk-in closets and a quartzite bathroom with a double vanity and tub.

The 35 Hudson Yards condominium where Gronk bought his unit has an Equinox gym and SoulCycle, as well as a hotel, spa, and indoor/outdoor pools. The building was designed by David Childs/SOM and completed in 2019 as the tallest building in Hudson Yards. Other amenities include a business center with board rooms, a game room, on-site catering, and a playroom for children. Nearby are multiple parks, shopping centers, restaurants, art galleries in West Chelsea, and more.
