Actor and former Haute Living cover star Rob Lowe has decided to part ways with his meticulously curated Beverly Hills home. The four-bedroom estate, nestled in the picturesque Franklin Canyon neighborhood, is now on the market for $6,575,000—a significant markup from the $3,750,000 Lowe and his wife, Sheryl Berkoff, paid for it just four years ago.
Lowe, best known for his roles in the 1980s Brat Pack films and his later television successes on shows like “Parks and Recreation,” acquired the property in September 2020. At the time, the home was listed for $3,695,000. In a competitive real estate market, the couple secured the property by bidding slightly above the asking price.
Four years prior, he sold his custom-built estate in Montecito, CA, in a private deal for a staggering $45.5 million. Following that sale, the Lowes acquired a couple of new properties, including the Beverly Hills residence and a fixer-upper in Montecito.
The Beverly Hills property, described as “exceptional,” spans 2,940 square feet and combines contemporary design with serene, natural surroundings. The home boasts an open layout with high ceilings and expansive windows that allow natural light to flood the living spaces. Key features include a chef’s kitchen with custom cabinetry and top-of-the-line appliances, a primary suite with a spa-like bathroom and peaceful views, a state-of-the-art gym, and a den complete with a built-in bar.

Outside, the property continues to impress with a covered lounge and dining area, a pool and spa, a fire pit with built-in seating, and a backyard putting green—a golfer’s dream. These amenities underscore the home’s blend of luxury and leisure, reflecting Lowe’s discerning taste.
Lowe's career has spanned several decades, from his breakout roles in films like “The Outsiders” and “St. Elmo’s Fire” to his acclaimed TV roles in “The West Wing” and “Parks and Recreation.” Recently, he appeared in the documentary “Brats,” which revisits the 1980s teen idols.
The listing is held by Tomer Fridman and Jacob Steagall of Compass, and it marks another chapter in Lowe's dynamic real estate portfolio. As the actor continues to evolve in both his career and personal life, this sale is a notable development for those following his journey both on and off the screen.
