Iconic British singer and recent Haute Living cover star Rod Stewart has once again placed his custom-built three-acre estate in the prestigious guard-gated Beverly Park community on the market. Initially listed for $70 million in June, the rock legend has upped the price, reintroducing the English country-style estate with an impressive $80 million price tag, as The New York Times reported.

Acquiring the plot for $12 million in 1991, Stewart enlisted architect Richard Landry to create the expansive residence. Designed and painted with a distinctive mellow yellow exterior, the 28,000-square-foot home has nine bedrooms, twelve bathrooms, and a 4,500-square-foot guest house, all set against the grand backdrop of a full-size soccer field. Listing agent and Haute Residence member Tomer Fridman notes, "That would be a main house anywhere else. But in Beverly Park, that’s a guesthouse. It’s an immense property."

Embracing the UK manor aesthetic, the mansion includes lavish interiors that resemble Buckingham Palace, featuring French marble, ornate ceilings, gilded accents, and hand-crafted wrought iron work. Antique oil paintings, crystal chandeliers, and Regency-era furnishings add to the allure.

Stewart's British charm extends to amenities, including a formal dining room for over 20 guests, a speakeasy, a movie theater, two gyms, and a wood-paneled library. The exterior complements the grandeur with a five-car garage, dual motor courts, a swimming pool, and an outdoor kitchen. While open to selling fully furnished, Stewart plans to keep his cherished artwork.

As the music icon concludes his Las Vegas residency in August and gears up for a 2024 North American tour, the decision to part with his Beverly Park estate signifies a significant chapter in Stewart's life. The decision to put the property back on the market at the elevated price of $80 million highlights that this residence is a timeless masterpiece in luxury real estate.
