Roman Abramovich is no stranger to luxury real estate, and now it’s rumored that he’s put down $72,000,000 on three apartments in this gorgeous French Renaissance-inspired NYC building known as Berwind Mansion.

The luxurious building sits on the corner of 64th and 5th and the apartments in question likely offer around 13,000 square feet of living space. While it’s unclear how many bedrooms and bathrooms the combined space actually offers, the interior looks especially roomy.

Berwind Mansion was built in the mid 1890s and was decorated by Jules Allard et Fils, a notable French decorating firm, and the space that Abramovich may have just purchased most recently belonged to uber-successful real estate developer Howard Ronson.
