Sales Soar at 57 Ocean Miami Beach, Where Ultra-Luxury Buyers are Snapping Up Residences at Record Pace

Sprawling designer residences at Miami Beach’s most hotly anticipated ultra-luxury condominium, 57 Ocean, are being bought up at record pace as well-heeled homebuyers worldwide continue singling out the boutique building for its holistic Blue Wellness-inspired amenities, five-star resort-like services, and direct access to the beach.

Amidst the coronavirus pandemic, the developer, Multiplan Real Estate Asset Management (MultiplanREAM), in tandem with exclusive sales broker Fortune Development Sales, are reporting that the condominium, which comprises 71 residences and is idyllically sited on 220 feet of rare unspoiled waterfront on the iconic Millionaire's Row (5775 Collins Ave.), is now approximately 60% sold.

57 Ocean topped off at 18 stories in August and is on-track for delivery in fall 2021.  Since its initial launch at the end of 2018, sales activity has been booming…and steadily increasing throughout the pandemic as buyers seek features that cater to their well-being and put a natural, pristine setting at convenient reach.

In the recent months, a trio of high-priced units went under contract -- homes listed at $7.85M, $7.8M, and $7.15M, respectively.  The project has since sold out of its coveted line of “Beach House” residences and is now nearly sold out of its three-bedroom units.

57 Ocean’s continued success is being attributed to the fact the condominium is a first-of-its kind for the area with details that set it apart from other luxury buildings -- such as its unique focus on health and wellness, and homes that boast massive interiors, large living room-like terraces, stackable sliding doors that seamlessly draw the outdoors in, and wood-accented ceilings.

“Our buyers know that 57 Ocean is rare, offering a lifestyle that surpasses all wants and needs – especially in the wake of COVID-19,” said Marcelo Kingston, Managing Partner, MultiplanREAM.  “The huge interiors, large terraces, the connection to the water, and focus on health and wellness are the ultimate combination.”57 Ocean - Oct 2020 4Photo Credit: DBOX

Designed by award-winning architect Bernardo Fort-Brescia of ARQUITECTONICA, with interiors by Patricia Anastassiadis of Anastassiadis Arquitetos, 57 Ocean offers two- to four-bedroom residences, starting at $1.5 million, with sizes ranging from 1,245 to 3,474+ square feet.  The well-appointed homes feature expansive terraces, each stretching up to 12 feet deep, as well as contemporary Italian kitchens and baths by Poliform.

In addition to 20 flow-through Sky Residences, starting at $6.95 million, 57 Ocean has one remaining penthouse, priced at $35 million.

Owners can expect to enjoy a multitude of ‘green’ spaces, including a seaside wellness garden and vertical gardens on the ground floor of the building’s façade. Must-see amenities include a holistic wellness spa and pavilion with products by One Ocean Beauty -- complete with a thermal suite (with a steam room, aromatherapy saunas, and an ice fountain), relaxation and meditation area, and a private spa suite; two expansive infinity pools; a third-floor sunset deck; poolside treatment cabanas; a pool bar and social terrace lounge; summer kitchen pavilion with a grill area; a multi-purpose club room with chef’s kitchen for full gastronomic experiences; and a state-of-the-art fitness center with innovative MyIsle training equipment by MyEquilibria and an indoor Technogym fitness center.
