Singer Sheryl Crow Asks $16 Million For Property

Curbed LA has reported singer Sheryl Crow listed her Hollywood Hills home for an asking price of $15.95 million. The property, located in Wattles Park below Runyon Canyon, boasts three separate structures; a 1920s Spanish Colonial with four bedrooms and three and a half baths, a 1909 Craftsman bungalow with three bedrooms and three baths, and a 1885 cottage with 2 bedrooms.

The 11-acre grounds boast everything from a Brazilian Ironwood bridge to canyon pathways, hiking trails,a tee-pee, campsite, playground, palapas and an infinity pool. What's more, the main residence boasts  a two-story entry with wrought iron staircase, step-down living room with original Spanish tiles and beamed ceilings, a wine cellar, a music room and an outdoor pergola with stone fireplace and BBQ.

Crow reportedly purchased the Spanish Colonial-style home in 1997 and the adjacent cottage two years later.
