As one of the most substantial residential construction loans in South Florida's history, Nelson Stabile, Principal at Integra, shares that “this significant financing milestone reflects Miami's rising prominence on the global stage and reinforces the remarkable appeal of the St. Regis brand.” Over 60% of the residences are currently in contract.
Located on Brickell Avenue, The Residences presents a 50-story ultra-luxury condominium with picturesque waterfront views of Biscayne Bay and unparalleled amenities. With 152 homes, the project was built by esteemed Robert A.M. Stern Architects, with interiors by the highly acclaimed Rockwell Group. The property marks the first residential development in South Florida for RAMSA, boasting a sea-inspired elegance blended with the contemporary allure of skyscrapers. The residences will range from two to six bedrooms, including penthouses, sky villas, and two stand-alone garden villas for a bespoke luxury experience.
