Paulo Bacchi, CEO of Artefacto, brought in top renowned designers for this one-of-a-kind residence, resulting in a masterful unit. Brazilian designer Debora Aguiar based the creative process for this apartment in an organic beach sophisticated concept, using natural fibers, light colors, recycled wood materials, always considering the sculptural fiber cement exoskeleton. She naturally integrated all aspects, using beautiful aesthetical furnishings with lines and curves as in the actual building.

“It is an honor to present not one, but three furnished residences by Artefacto in the iconic Miami tower by Zaha Hadid,” said Bacchi. “For this home, the talented Debora Aguiar worked with our team of home staging experts to select timeless, contemporary furnishings with natural elements. The interiors highlight the singular elements of One Thousand Museum’s architecture while embracing the downtown culture of Museum Park and endless views.”

Along with the other residences, unit #3102 enjoys views of Biscayne Bay, the Atlantic Ocean, and modern architecture like Miami's Museum Park. Just an elevator ride away from the unit is the glass crown of the building, which houses the Aquatic Center and Sky Lounge for fitness, relaxation and private events.
