In 2023, staying home more often—as life and work mostly still remain remote—is a reality that many have become accustomed to. But that doesn’t mean it doesn’t get old. Between the potential for monotony and the reality of kids providing an (often welcome) distraction from work, home isn’t always the family center or productive getaway it’s come to be thought of. But what would a home be like, if it was created as a place you never needed (or wanted) to leave? It’s a question Tal Aventura—a boutique residential building in Aventura—set out to answer at its conception, and now, new renderings of the tower’s interiors and amenities give a first look into the vision.
Sweeping 26 stories into the sky, Tal Aventura’s sleek, organic exterior comes from the minds of the internationally acclaimed IDEA Architects, and design firm IDDI continues the timeless motif indoors. A focus on elevated, functional design is evident throughout the interiors, especially in residences, which span from 1,245 to 6,200 square feet.

But perhaps the true focal point of the residences is a natural beauty that informs their design. Units will feature outdoor living spaces, like private terraces, and floor-to-ceiling windows that invite the outdoors inside with waterside and skyline views, emulating a home high in the sky.

Outside each home, a host of family-focused amenities come wrapped in green spaces of lush tropical gardens and landscaping, coming together for over 50,000 square feet of endless leisure and fun. The outdoors will become a playground for the whole family with curated spaces including a resort-style pool with cabanas, children’s splash pad, outdoor theater, lounge, BBQ area, miniature golf, basketball, and pickleball court, and of course, an actual playground.

After a day in the sun, relaxation is just around the corner with Tal’s collection of wellness offerings and social areas. The spa, sauna, and treatment rooms will offer serenity after a good sweat in the state-of-the-art fitness center or yoga studio. Community areas continue the family-focused atmosphere with offerings for all ages, including a private dining room with a terrace and custom wine wall, a coworking lounge and conference room, a children’s playroom, an entertainment lounge, a golf simulator, and a pet spa.

The city is known for its vast Aventura Mall, home to a number of luxury retailers, as well as a number of premier golf courses and dining options. With Tal Aventura’s extensive entertainment and endless outdoor immersion, its great location may be the only reason to leave home.
