This triplex penthouse, named "UNIQUE," is highly anticipated as the crown jewel of luxury residences, and is on the market for $59 million. Aston Martin Residences unveiled the penthouse by way of an 80-page art book full of original work by the 6 internationally acclaimed artists-in-residence that shows the interiors of the building for the first time to outside eyes.

The book features artwork from the permanent art gallery that will be located on the 52nd floor. Julian Lennon, a British artist, and photographer, will present an exclusive exhibition of images from his own collection, with the addition of various other paintings, sculptures, music, and poetry from artists such as Peter McLennan, Gregg Emergy, Aaron Schwartz, Fabio Mesa, Robi Walters, and Michele Utley Voigt.

Adding to the uniqueness of the book is a special QR code that allows you to listen to classical music scored by a 10-piece orchestra while you are flipping through the 20" by 20" book. Some of the photos in the book are artworks of the triplex's private pool and terrace views of a sunset, done by Fabio Mesa, while other pictures are of a limited edition Aston Martin Vulcan by Rafael Delceggio.

The book is limited to only 150 physical copies, and may quickly become a collector's edition. There are six pages in the back of the book that are purposefully left blank currently, as they are waiting for the first owner to share their journey in getting and living in the triplex. These six pages will be handwritten by a calligrapher before the books are released.

When asked about the book and the triplex, Marek Reichman, EVP & Chief Creative Officer of Aston Martin Lagonda, said: “The creation of art is one of the most important things on the planet, and at Aston Martin, we articulate the soul of our brand through art and beauty. It’s evident in everything we design, from the most beautiful sports cars to the most beautiful residences, so it’s wonderful to celebrate the UNIQUE penthouse with a new art book.”

The triplex itself is at the top of the Aston Martin Residences in Miami and offers views of the ocean, river, and city, as well as complete privacy, being the tallest building anywhere nearby. UNIQUE is $59 million and has 7 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, a private pool, gym, spa, garage, terraces on each floor, and 20,000 square feet of living space.

If none of that was enough, the first owner of the triplex penthouse will get the last of the limited edition Aston Martin Vulcan race cars, with only 24 ever having been made, inside of a climate-controlled garage located inside of the building. The vehicle is designed to be used for track driving only, has a 7.0 liter V12 820bhp, and is all-carbon fibre.
