Purchased by a Grammy-winning artist from a female actress, this sophisticated Italian-style Villa in Beverly Hills has changed hands for $8.8 million. The property was purchased at a discounted price after being on the market for about two months. Alex Pall, who is known as one-half of the Grammy-winning DJ duo The Chainsmokers, is the new owner.

The lavish Italian-inspired estate was previously owned by British actress Mischa Barton, who acquired it for $6.4 million in 2005 during her time on the TV show The O.C. The estate includes a main house and two guesthouses, totaling over 10,000 square feet with six bedrooms and nine bathrooms. Notable features of the property include a game room, movie theater, and wine cellar.

Built in 2003, the residence includes a state-of-the-art home theater and two separate guest houses, each featuring a single bedroom. The kitchen stands out with dual ovens and sinks, along with a luxurious marble island. The primary suite is impressive, featuring a cozy fireplace, a private balcony, and an ensuite spa-like bathroom with steam showers and a soaking tub.

The outside grounds feature a lap pool, covered loggia, and a detached three-car garage with a car turntable. The bougainvillea and Italian cypress trees add charm, along with a covered lounging area next to the inviting lap pool. The property is designed for convenience and functionality, the focus on both how things look and how they work highlights the smart design that makes this luxurious estate even more attractive.

Beyond this stunning property, Alex Pall possesses several other residences across Los Angeles, showcasing his diverse real estate portfolio. Meanwhile, Mischa Barton is gearing up for a special guest appearance in an Amazon Freevee revival of the beloved Australian drama series, Neighbors.
