The new sales gallery features a full-scale, working model of one of its residences. Potential buyers visiting the sales gallery in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, will have a real-time and real-life experience of the luxury amenities inside every residence at the Estates. The open floorplan highlights the oceanic views from the residence's living area through the kitchen.

“Walking into the gallery is like walking into a home,” said Michael Goldstein, president of sales for The Estates at Acqualina. “We provide a full picture so future residents can see in its entirety what they’re actually going to buy.”

“The sense of arrival starts at the private foyer and once the front doors open, unobstructed floor-to-ceiling windows provide an impactful view, while the open floorplan lends a relaxed feel albeit one dressed in very fine finishes,” said Isabel Tragash, principal of STA Architectural Group.

The luxurious model residence in the new sales gallery was designed by the prestigious STA Architectural Group. The turnkey furniture program curated by Luxury Living is available on a limited number of residences. It features ultra-luxury brands like Baccarat La Maison, Fendi Casa, Trussardi Casa and La Cornue. The walls, floor and countertops in the sales gallery's model unit are covered in the finest white onyx marble.

The sales gallery also has a "magic table" that serves to operate a video presentation to potential buyers by an easy touch and swipe mode, taking the viewer to the captivating visuals that will become their everyday staple. The video presentation is projected on a round screen and in surround sound. The ceiling has gold leaves throughout, inspired by the golden rooftops planned for the Estates' two towers.
