The infamous Neverland Ranch once the home of the late music icon Michael Jackson has recently re-hit the market days before the highly-anticipated and controversial HBO documentary Leaving Neverland premieres on HBO. Amidst the controversial history of the ranch, the property was officially renamed the Sycamore Valley Ranch and is officially back on the market for $31 million, a significant price drop from the once $100 million asking price.

Co-owned by Jackson's estate, the one-of-a-kind property features a lagoon-style swimming pool, basketball court, tennis court and its very own fire department. The main home is nestled between gorgeous landscaped gardens and a four-acre lake complete with a waterfall. The property boasts three additional guest houses, a movie theater with stage, several barns, animal shelter facilities and corrals.
