We're definitely not in Kansas anymore. We’re in Jaffa, the oldest part of Tel Aviv, Israel. And The Jaffa Penthouse is its new Emerald Palace, surpassing in that Oz-like way, the most creative of imaginations.

The luxury penthouse is over 16,000 square feet with views of the Tel Aviv skyline. It also has an exclusive rooftop garden designed by Mohr Avidan Landscape Architecture that spans over 10,000 square feet, guaranteeing that the sky is the limit if you lived here.

The penthouse has a large master bedroom suite, five guest bedrooms, dining area, chef's kitchen, master living room, guest living room, wine lounge, study and solarium. This cutting-edge residence is also serviced by The Jaffa Hotel & Residences. Amenities include an L. Raphael Spa, boutique stores, pool, lounges, and 24/7 fitness center to name only a few.

“The idea of layered spatial experiences that unfold as one moves through the space is interlaced into the design and layout, promoting a true sense of home with intimate spaces to enjoy with family and friends.” This design concept was created by a design partnership between Pitsou Kedem Architects and Baranowitz & Goldberg Architects.

“Stone sculptural partitions create separations between the different spaces. They are created as split masses, on the one hand divide and the other connect, allowing a framed glance of that which lies beyond.” And the project's architect, Tseela Zuaretz, would surely agree.

“Bridging the old and the new is further accentuated through the selection of materials and finishes. Inspired by the warmth of Jaffa’s masonry structures, warm Mediterranean stones and marble were selected for the interior, combined with light wood floors to allow the brightness and beauty of the Israeli sun to flood the space graciously."
