Highlight quotes:
Jill Hertzberg: "People with good credit are able to get financing. Even people who don't need a financing contingency are going for it because the money is inexpensive (because of low rates)."
Jill Eber: "We have been getting a lot of domestic buyers from New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and even more so in California. There has been activity in our market, and some really good. We are in negotiations now on a few big deals. Deals are continuing to happen."
Judy Zeder: "We are working all the time. It's a tough time, but the best thing you can do as an individual and an agent is to stay positive and stay in touch with clients."
