Russell Westbrook, the highest-paid member of the LA Lakers for the 2022-23 season, just put his Brentwood estate on the market. The property, valued at $30 million, is more than 13,000 square feet and includes six bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
Westbrook bought the brand-new home in 2018 for $19.75 million, and he could see a $10 million profit if the house sells at the set price. With finishing touches like the hardwood flooring, the custom moldings, and the French doors, the NBA star showed his fashion-forward style.
The lower level is equipped with a temperature-controlled wine room, a movie theater, and a gym in addition to a spacious living room and dining room filled with natural light from the expansive windows overlooking the patio. The patio’s landscaped grounds are made for an athlete: whether you want to shoot some hoops or kick a few soccer balls around, there is space to do it all.
The primary suite, located upstairs, has its private patio and two separate walk-in closets, enough to store Westbrook’s extensive garment collection.

The huge home expands through half an acre in Brentwood Park, and it is not his first time living here, he owned a home until 2019, which was sold for $4.375 million
Speculation of a potential trade is going around, however, it might also just be a really good real estate deal.
