It's no secret women dominate almost every industry they work in and this year, in honor of International Women's Day, the world is coming together to celebrate the achievement of women across all industries who strive for excellence. This year's theme is “Think Equal, Build Smart, Innovate for Change," and Haute Residence is rounding up the top leading women in the real estate, architecture and design industries to recognize their individual merits and professional achievements in their work field and community. From the Sunshine State's real estate power duo who have consecutively won the award for No. 1 Residential Real Estate team in Florida to the late legendary visionary mastermind Zaha Hadid and everyone else in between, this year's International Women's Day is filled with women who are successfully spearheading some of the industry's leading companies as they set the tone for newer generations of working women.

Zaha Hadid

The late Zaha Hadid was the visionary mastermind of some of the world's most iconic architectural monuments and developments. For Hadid, the realms of architecture were endless as she felt there were more terrains and territories left to explore and became the first woman to receive the Pritzker Architecture Prize in 2004. Some of Hadid's must-see designs include The Riverside Museum in Scotland, Vitra Fire Station in Germany, Dongdaemun Design Plaza in Seoul and the iconic One Thousand Museum, set to transform Miami's skyline as the city's most prestigious residential tower is set to debut later this year.
