A crown jewel of Silverleaf––Arizona’s most exclusive, 24-hour gated community––a 25,000-square-foot estate rests within a 14-acre space situated above the Phoenix valley.

Boasting some of the most amazing views of the valley and “exceptional features that are unprecedented,” the home was sold for $5 million.

Renaissance and contemporary styles were brought together to influence the designs of the home that resembles an elegant castle.

Aside from the seven bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, the home features an indoor bowling alley, a private IMAX theater, and a one-of-a-kind pool and grotto reminiscent of something found in the best five-star resorts. There is also a spacious lawn with over an acre of land––which is rare for both mountainside and mountaintop properties in the surrounding areas––and a private bridge that allows visitors to cross over a canyon in order to enter the estate.

Though the property that was recently purchased by MSL Holdings, it is said to be “far from complete, " and there are plans in place for the construction of the home to be finished.

Douglas Elliman’s Josh Altman co-marketed the property that is near a world-class, Tom Weiskopf-designed, 18-hole golf course.
