Timbaland Puts South Beach Condo on Market for $5.5 Million

Music producer Timbaland isn’t shy of dabbling in successful ballads from famous artists like Madonna and Justin Timberlake, and now he’s trying his hand at real estate… well, sort of. Timbaland has officially put his unused South Beach condo on the market for $5.5 million.

The large 4,000 square-foot space is located on the 24th floor of the Murano Grande complex that was built in 2003. Timbaland bought the condo back in 2006 for $2.7 million and recently completed a massive $2 million renovation, although he never lived there.

According to his real estate agent, Timbaland apparently saw the market value of the condo and is excited to reap the benefits of the future sale.
