American actor, producer, director, singer, and songwriter Don Johnson has put his sprawling French Country farmhouse in Montecito up for sale for $14.9 million.

Donna Karan's Island Sanctuary
Fashion designer Donna Karan has put a large slice of her Turks and Caicos compound in Parrot Cay on the market for $36 million. Tucked within the exclusive Parrot Cay Resort, the home neighbors a slew of other celebrity villas, including those owned by Bruce Willis, Keith Richards, and Christie Brinkley.
The beachfront estate spans a total of 10 acres; however, Karan has decided to keep three acres, including a house, a spa, and a few swimming pools.
