The Related Group and GTIS Partners, in collaboration with Viceroy, a luxury hospitality company, have recently launched sales for Viceroy Brickell - The Residences. This new project is the first standalone residential development by Viceroy, located in Miami’s bustling Brickell neighborhood.
Viceroy Brickell is positioned at the intersection of Brickell Avenue and the Miami River within the One Brickell complex. It offers residents stunning views of the Miami skyline and Biscayne Bay. The development features 420 units, ranging from studios to luxury penthouses and city flats, each designed with high-end interiors by Meyer Davis and modern architecture by Arquitectónica.
The residences feature a comprehensive suite of amenities overseen by the Viceroy's hospitality team. These include a 14th-floor deck with a heated pool, a cutting-edge fitness center, a private cinema, and a wine cellar.
