Marking the latest innovation for the tech-forward hospitality brand YOTEL, New York and Miami-based Aria Development Group and AQARAT, one of Kuwait’s leading real estate companies, celebrated the grand opening of YOTELPAD with a party themed after the Magic City. A cutting-edge condominium, the mixed-use project is the first-ever combined YOTEL and YOTELPAD concept.

Scaling 31-stories into the Miami skyline, YOTELPAD Miami cleverly combines 231 condos (“pads”) on floors 15-30 with 222 YOTEL rooms below. Guests got a first look at all that the new building has to offer: flashy and functional amenities, breathtaking city views, enticing dining options, and state-of-the-art tech technology, a feature synonymous with the YOTEL name.

Starting the event off with a pop, guests were introduced to YOTEL’s playful style with fruity flavored, boozy paletas (popsicles) served up from YOTELPAD’s popsicle-shaped front desk by local artisan Cielito. Cocktails from in-house Middle Eastern restaurant and bar Mazeh kept the fun going and showcased YOTEL’s versatile atmosphere.

Guests made a pitstop for selfies with the hotel’s branded purple Moke electronic car before heading to the 11th floor to explore its stylish rooms. Complete with customizable mood lighting and other personal details that optimize the spaces, each room’s design was a perfect example of YOTEL’s high-energy Non-Stop brand campaign, which guests had the opportunity to experience before its November 1st rollout.

Whether you’re an avid traveler or a seasoned resident, YOTELPAD offers an ideal location for anyone looking to get the most out of Miami. A short walk gives way to many of the city’s most popular destinations and experiences. Bayfront Park, FTX Arena, Port of Miami, Miami Beach, and Miami International Airport are a few minutes’ drive away, with happening neighborhoods like Brickell, Wynwood, the Design District, and Coconut Grove just beyond.
